摘 要:为了研究Si_3N_4添加量对熔融石英坩埚在铸锭过程中结晶化的影响,首先在熔融石英浆料中添加不同量(质量分数为0、0.01%、0.05%和0.1%)的氮化硅粉,经注浆成型、140℃保温10 h干燥和1 150℃保温6 h烧后制备了熔融石英坩埚,然后在铸锭炉中进行最高温度为1 540℃,历时约52 h的多晶硅铸锭过程,最后用透射反射偏光显微镜观察铸锭后坩埚的显微结构,用X射线衍射仪分析铸锭后坩埚的物相组成,并计算其结晶度和晶粒尺寸。结果表明:随着Si_3N_4添加量的增加,铸锭后熔融石英坩埚中结晶相α-方石英的含量逐渐降低,晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。To study the effect of Si3N4 on crystallinity of crucible during casting,the fused silica crucibles were fabricated by the slip casting method. The crucibles containing different amounts of Si3N4 fines (0, 0.01% ,0.05 and 0.1% ,by mass) were dried at 140 ℃ for 10 h and fired at 1 150 ℃ for 6 h. The crucibles experienced the casting experiments,which lasted about 52 h and the highest temperature was 1 540 ℃. The microstructures of crucibles after casting experiment were observed by a transflective polarizing micro-scope, the phase composition of crucibles was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,and the crystallinity and grain size were calculated. The results show that with the increase of Si3N4 addition,the crystalline phase a-cris- tobalite content and grain size of crucibles after casting experiment decrease.
