摘　　要：通过对国际及国内新能源汽车相关专利进行检索,运用专利计量方法和深度挖掘,对国际新能源汽车技术发展现状进行分析,并对比了我国新能源汽车技术水平及其与国际上的差距,为中国新能源汽车企业的技术研究和产品开发,以及相关行业监管部门制定战略提供专利信息支撑服务。In this paper,the international and domestic new energy vehicle patents are indexed,then analyzed by patent bibliomatrics analysis methods.After the analysis to the present situation of international new energy automotive technology development,the difference of the level of China with the international level is compared,which can be used to support technology research and product development of Chinese new energy car companies,and supervision of the relevant industry strategy services.
