阿立哌唑合并行为矫正疗法治疗儿童少年期精神分裂症患者对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑合并行为矫正疗法治疗儿童少年期精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法 60例儿童少年期精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(31例)和对照组(29例),2组均给予阿立哌唑药物治疗和精神科常规护理,在此基础上,研究组增加行为矫正疗法。2组治疗时间均为8周,治疗前后,采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)及个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评定2组患者的病情,行为及社会功能情况。结果治疗前研究组BPRS、NOSIE、PSP总分评分分别为(58.16±8.19)分、(130.73±16.67)分、(53.22±7.16)分,对照组分别为(57.58±9.32)分、(130.27±16.53)分、(52.46±6.28)分,2组比较差异均无统计学意义,治疗后研究组BPRS、NOSIE、PSP总分评分分别为(29.68±2.76)分、(172.51±12.84)分、(68.68±6.41)分,对照组分别为(35.04±3.52)分、(145.94±14.68)分、(60.31±7.16)分,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿立哌唑合并行为矫正疗法可更好地改善儿童少年期精神分裂症患者的病情、行为和社会功能障碍,有助于患者良好康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Aripiprazole merging behavior corrective therapy treats the patients with schizophreniawho is in childhood and boyhood. Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia who was in childhood and boyhood were divided into study group（31 cases） and control group （29 cases） randomly, the two groups were given Aripiprazole therapy and psychiatric routine nursing, on thatbasis, the study were added behavior corrective therapy, the therapy time of the two groups last for 8 weeks, before and after therapy, the illnesscondition, behavior and social function condition of the two groups were evaluated using BPRS, NOSIE and PSP. Results Before therapy, thetotal score of BPRS,NOSIE,PSP of the study groups were respectively [（58.16±8.19）, （130.73±16.67）, （53.22±7.16）], that of control groups wererespectively [（57.58±9.32）, （130.27±16.53）, （52.46±6.28）], there were not signi？cant statistical difference between the two groups, after therapy,the total score of BPRS, NOSIE, PSP of the study groups were respectively [（29.68±2.76）, （172.51 ±12.84）, （68.68±6.41）], that of control groupswere respectively [（35.04±3.52）, （145.94 ±14.68）, （60.31±7.16）], there were significant statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Aripiprazole merging behavior corrective therapy can improve illness condition, behavior and social function obstacle better, it can helpthe patients to recover.
