摘　　要：为了解决频繁的LTE-CDMA2000 1x EV-DO重定向严重影响LTE用户感知体验的问题,对LTE-CDMA20001x EV-DO重定向比例异常、用户感知差等现象着手进行具体问题的原因定位和分析,采用对比分析的方法发现厂家间驻留和迁移参数配置存在不一致。通过实验及对参数优化前后的数据分析,验证了厂家互操作策略不同、参数设置不一致是导致互操作重定向比例异常的根本原因,并给出了LTE-CDMA2000 1x EV-DO互操作参数配置原则和建议。In order to solve the problem of frequent LTE-CDMA2000 1xEV-DO redirection affecting the LTE user perception experience seriously. This article located and analyzed the cause for LTE-CDMA2000 1xEV-DO redirection rate anomaly as well as bad user perception experience. With the method of comparative analysis, the article discovered the inconsistent configuration of reside and migration parameters between the different manufacturers. Through experiments and data analysis of parameters before and after optimization, various operation strategies and inconsistent configuration of manufacturers were determined to be the fundamental cause for the anomaly, and principles of LTE-CDMA2000 1xEV-DO interoperability parameters configuration and the suggestions were put forward.
