摘　　要：目的:系统评价整体护理对老年抑郁症患者临床疗效的影响。方法:计算机检索The Cochrane Library、Pubmed、CBM、Embase、CNKI和万方数据库,收集整体护理治疗老年抑郁的随机对照试验(RCT),按照纳入、排除标准筛选试验,提取资料并评价研究质量后,采用Rev Man 5.0软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入5篇中文随机对照试验(RCT)。Meta分析显示整体护理组抑郁症状改善优于对照组[MD=4.01,95%CI(2.71,5.30)]。结论:基于当前证据,整体护理对老年抑郁的HAMD评分有一定改善作用,且尚无不良反应。受纳入研究数量与质量限制,有必要开展高质量、大样本的随机对照试验进一步评价其疗效。Objective： To systematically assess clinical effects of holistic nursing on the elderly patients with depression.
