陕西省高校管理信息化建设现状与对策研究

摘　　要：管理信息化是教育信息化的重要内容,是提升高校管理科学化、精细化和规范化的重要途径,是高校综合实力和核心竞争力的重要表现。文章基于陕西高校管理信息化建设现状分析,提出陕西高校管理信息化建设的五点建议:加强顶层设计,做好部门协作,保障可持续发展;加快业务管理系统建设与整合,实现一站式服务;跟踪技术更新,实现管理创新和技术升级;推动数据融合,提升治理能力和决策水平;强化网络安全,争取主动权。Abstract：Management information is an important content of educational informationization, and an important way to improve the management of scientific, fine and standardized, which is the important performance of university＇s comprehensive strength and core competitiveness. The paper based on the analysis on the status of the informationization construction of management in colleges of Shaanxi, put forward five suggestions for Shaanxi college management information construction and development, strengthening top --level design, completing the department cooperation to ensure the sustainable development; accelerating business management system construction and integration to realize one--stop service; updating of technology to realize the management innovation and technological upgrading; promoting the integration of data and to enhance the ability of management and decision--making level; strengthening the network safety to strive for the initiative in the network security.
