摘　　要：为了解中国城市居民环保行为的影响因素和这些因素的作用机理,文章首先通过模型分析来探索各种相关因素之间的作用路径,而后以南京市雾霾天气为案例,采用问卷调查研究方法考察居民的环境态度和环保行为现状,在此基础上提出了促进公民环保行为的政策建议。To understand the mechanisms and factors that affect pro-environmental behavior, this paper conducted a model-based analysis of the dynamics among various potential influencing factors, and then used a questionnaire on the smog episodes in Nanjing as a case study to examine residents＇ attitudes toward environment and the status quo of their pro-environmental behavior based on which some policy recommendations aimed at promoting urban residents＇ proenvironmental behavior are given.
