摘　　要：目的了解医科院校本科生的健康相关行为现状及影响因素,为相关部门制定行为改善措施、开展健康教育提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,从饮食、运动及静态、伤害、物质滥用、精神成瘾和性行为六个方面对山西省某医科大学300名本科生进行问卷调查。运用Epi Data3.1软件建立数据库,使用EXCEL和SPSS17.0进行统计描述和分析。结果经常吃早餐的人数占63.8%,体育锻炼率为48.0%,非安全游泳率为32.3%,饮酒率为35.1%,过度上网率为48.4%,性行为发生率为5.7%,多种健康相关行为的性别和年级差异有统计学意义。结论该医科大学本科生存在一定的健康危险行为,建立健全大学生健康教育与健康促进机制,使其养成健康促进行为,规避健康危险行为是提高且保障大学生健康的长效手段。Objective To understand the current status of health-related behaviors and related factors of undergraduates in medical universities, so as to provide the evidence for the relevant departments to make behavior improvement measures and carry out the health education. Methods With the stratified random sampling method, 300 students from a medical university of Shanxi Province were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey, which included dietary behavior,static and motion behavior, damage behavior, substance abuse related behavior, psychological addiction related behavior and sexual behavior. The data were put into a database through Epi Data3.1, and analyzed with the statistical description and analysis method by using EXCEL and SPSS17.0. Results The students having breakfast frequently accounted for63.8%, the physical exercise rate was 48.0%, the insecure swimming rate was 32.3%, the drinking rate was 35.1%, the rate of excessivelysurfingthe Internet was 48.4%, and sexual behavior occurrence rate was 5.7%. There were significant differences in several kinds of health-related behaviors between genders and among grades. Conclusion Thereare some health risk behaviors in the undergraduates in this medical university. It is a long-term-effective solution for student health todevelopthe health education and promotion mechanismin college students.
