摘 要:创新能力培养是当代大学教育的核心任务之一,以光电信息学院为例,总结近几年在日常教学中培养大学生创新能力的经验,制定一套切实可行的培养方案和培养策略。探讨了大学教育教学改革的基本思路,提出了"理论—实践—创新"的一系列多元化培养体系,介绍了一些具体教学措施如引入三轮备课法、项目教学法和互动软件法,提高学生创新兴趣及意识,全面提升高校教师尤其是青年教师创新教学能力,充分发挥教师在创新能力培养中的引导作用,形成了具有独立学院特色的,理论与应用技能并重的教学模式,从而实现高校创新型人才的培养。Innovation ability is one of the core tasks of education of contemporary university, this paper takes College of Optical and Electronical Information, Changchun University of Science and Technology as an example, to sum up the experience of cultivating college students'innovation ability in the daily teaching in recent years, and to develop a feasible cultivation plan and cultivation strategy. It discusses the basic ideas of university education teaching reform and puts forward the " theory, practice, innovation" a series of diversified training system, introduces some teaching measures such as three preparation methods, project pedagogy and interactive software method to encourage students to generate innovation interest and conscious, comprehensively improves the innovative teaching ability of university teachers, especially young teachers, gives full play to the leading role of teachers in the cultivation of innovation ability. We have created a unique independent college teaching model of both theoretical and practical skills, so as to realize the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.
