摘  要:目的分析膳食干预项目对居民油盐摄入量的影响。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,选取漯河市5个社区150户家庭,采取宣传合理膳食知识、发放控油壶和限盐勺等干预措施,对干预前后的150户家庭进行连续3天的食用油、食用盐及含盐调味品等有关食物的称重调查,以分析干预效果。结果膳食干预后,干预对象的食用油、食盐和总盐摄人量均有所降低(P<0.05);食用油摄入量合格率上升(P<0.05),总盐摄入量合格率没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膳食干预有效地降低了居民的油盐摄入量。Objective To analysis of the influence on dietary intervention project for the oil and salt intake of house- holds. Methods Using the multistage random cluster sampling method, 150 households were selected in 5 communi- ties of Luohe city. Using the interventions such as advertising the knowledge of dietary, delivering the controlling oil cans and limiting salt spoons. The daily oil and salt intake of per person were worked out by 3 consecutive days of food weighing method respectively before and after providing dietary intervention. Results The intake of oil , salt and condiments with salt is lower after dietary intervention ( P〈O.05 ) ; the qualification rate of oil intake is increased (P〈 0.05 } ,there is no difference on the qualification rate of salt intake (P〉O.05). Conclusions The oil and salt intake of households is effectively reduced by dietary intervention.
