摘 要:目的探讨临床技能综合培训在诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法将某院2011级56名学生自愿签署知情同意书后随机抽签入组分型,分为试验组和对照组。试验组在临床技能综合培训中心进行诊断学课程授课,对照组在传统教室进行诊断学课程授课,课程设置采用随机方法选取,完成56人次综合考试,考试内容为笔试。最终对两组学生的考试成绩和问卷结果进行对比,对两组的教学质量进行比较和评估。结果诊断学课程在临床技能综合培训中心授课组在活跃课堂气氛(P=0.0086)方面明显优于在传统教室授课组、在拓宽知识面方面明显优于传统教室授课组(P=0.0076)、在临床技能操作能力方面明显优于传统教室授课组(P=0.0057);诊断学在临床技能综合培训中心授课组学生的成绩明显优于传统教室授课组(P=0.000),考试合格率两组没有显著差异。结论诊断学在临床技能综合培训中心授课的效果优于在传统教室授课。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical comprehensive skills training center learning in the teaching of diagnostics. Methods 56 students of 2011 grade who signed the informed consent in our hospital were grouped into experimental group and control group randomly. Students in the experimental group received the class in the clinical comprehensive skills training center, while the control group in traditional classroom. The curriculum were randomly selected, 56 students were performed with written examination. At last, we made comparative analysis on the examination score and questionnaire results between the two groups, as well as conducted comparison and assessment on the teaching quality of the two groups. Results Compared with students in control group, students received clinical comprehensive skills training center learning performed significantly better on questions of active classroom atmosphere(P=0.0086),broaden their knowledge(P=0.0076),improve the clinical ability(P=0.0057);or exam pass rates had no significant differences between groups. The results of the diagnostic studies in the clinical skills training center of the teaching group were significantly better than that of the traditional classroom teaching group(P=0.000).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The teaching effect of diagnostics in the clinical comprehensive skills training center was significantly better than that in the traditional classroom.
