摘  要:采用浸出法制取大豆油,萃取剂一般采用工业正己烷。大豆含硫,在制油尾气中萃取剂的回收及液相系统设备中,会对设备造成不同程度的腐蚀,尤其是在负压回收工艺中,系统内残存的沉积物会部分产生硫酸盐还原菌,进而造成系统设备及管线的腐蚀。据此就大豆含硫对设备的腐蚀,以及硫酸盐还原菌等生物菌厌氧反应对设备的影响和相关防护技术进行了分析探讨。并对大豆含硫对工艺设备的腐蚀应采取的措施等进行了说明,以此为大豆加工产业及其技术研究提供参考。In the extraction of oil from soybean by solvent extraction, it is not unusual to use hexane as the extractant. Sulfur in soybean can cause different degrees of corrosion of the extractant recycling system equipment and liquid phase system equipment. Especially in the negative pressure recovery process, part of the leftovers in the pipeline may produce sulfate reducing bacteria, which can corrode the system e- quipment and the pipeline. The effects of sulfur in soybean and anaerobic reaction of sulfate reducing bacteria on equipments and the relevant protection technology were analyzed. In addition, measures for protection of process equipment from corrosion caused by sulfur in soybean were illustrated, thereby provi- ding references for soybean production industry and its technical research.
