慢性浅表性胃炎的胃肺同治

摘　　要：慢性浅表性胃炎属于中医学胃痞、胃痛的范畴,一般认为,本病病位在胃脘,病机多为气机升降失司,胃失和降、胃失所养。胃肺在生理上密切相关,病理上相互影响。临床治疗胃疾,若顾及于肺,则往往可以提高疗效。胃肺同治则是根据胃肺的生理特点,采用降逆、滋养的方法进行辨治。Chronic superficial gastritis belongs to the category of stomachache and stomach distention and fullness of traditional Chinese medicine,it is generally believed that this disease in the diagnosis,pathogenesis is Qi activity lifting more loss,gastric estrangement drop and the displaced. Stomach,lung is closely related to the physiologically and pathologically influence each other. Clinical treatment of gastric disease,if concentrate on lung,often can improve curative effect. Stomach,lung with therapeutic principle is based on the stomach lung physiology characteristic,adopt the method of inverse,nourish to syndrome differentiation.
