摘　　要：中外合作办学为更多的中国学生提供"本土留学"的机会,即学生不用出国可以在自己的国家接受来自其他国家大学提供的本科专业教育。国家、高等教育、学生个人为大学本土留学的主要利益相关者,大学本土留学的兴起与发展现状及趋势亦是三方利益不断均衡的结果。Sino-foreign cooperative education offer an opportunity of localized overseas education for many Chinese students. The students have access to university education from other countries in their own country. There are three important stakeholders：the nation,the higher education,the individual students. The development of localization study abroad is the dynamic equilibrium of the three principals.
