摘 要:基于思想政治教育学基本原理和现代数理统计分析方法,课题组对成都市7所高校5492名在校大学生的职业目标、职业理想、职业标准、职业心态、职业评价等职业价值观相关问题进行调查研究。目前,从高校思想政治理论课教育者的认识视角来看,积极培育和有效引导当代大学生树立正确的职业价值观路径为:一是坚持日常教育与课堂教学相结合,实现职业价值观教育由单一性教育向复合性教育转换;二是坚持有教无类与因材施教相结合,实现职业价值观教育由粗放型教育向精细化教育转变;三是坚持职业规划与职业体验相结合,实现职业价值观教育由空想式教育向体验式教育转变。Based on the basic principle of ideological and political education and the modem analysis method of mathematical statistics, this research team has researched the career goals, professional ideals, professional standards, professional values and professional attitude, professional appraisal and other issues related to vocational values of 5492 college students in seven universities of Chengdu. At present, from the understanding of the ideological and political theory course educators perspective, the ways of actively cultivating and effectively guiding the contemporary college students set up the correct vocational values are: First, adhere to the combination of daffy education and classroom teaching so as to realize the education of vocational values being transformed from single education to compound education;Second,adhere to providing education for all people without discrimination and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude so as to realize the education of vocational values being transformed from extensive education to fine education; Third,adhere to the combination of career planning and career experience so as to achieve the education of vocational values being transformed from utopian education to experiential education.
