摘　　要：随着自媒体技术的日新月异,自媒体交流已经成为在校大学生学习生活中不可缺少的工具。大学生较之以往主体意识在不断增强,从学习方式、思维方式、情感发展到价值判断日趋多样化与个性化。在自媒体环境中如何通过有效的管理服务大学,为大学生的成长成才增添更多的正能量值得深思。文章从思想引导服务、组织管理服务、制度建设服务、技术服务等方面探讨自媒体学生管理的路径。With the rapid development of media technology, we-media communication has become an indispensable tool for college students to learn and live. College Students＇ subject consciousness is constantly strengthened compared with the past, along with the way of learning, thinking, the development of emotion and the value judgment is becoming more and more diversified and personalized. In we-media environment, how to effectively manage the university era so as to add more positive energy to the growth of young people is worth pondering. This paper dis- cusses the path of student management from the aspects of ideological guidance service, organization and management service, system construc- tion service and technical service.
