我院癌痛规范化治疗示范病房麻醉性镇痛药品使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析我院癌痛规范化治疗示范病房麻醉性镇痛药品的使用情况。方法:对本院信息管理系统(HIS)提供的2012-2015年癌痛规范化治疗示范病房消耗的癌痛治疗药品数量进行统计,计算各药品的总用量以及用药频度(DDDs),同时将麻醉性镇痛药品剂量换算成以口服吗啡为参考的等效剂量,结合临床分析麻醉性镇痛药品的应用情况。结果:我院肿瘤内科麻醉性镇痛药品等效剂量的总量从2012年的614 491.25 mg逐年递增至2015年的1 389 873.81 mg,以口服制剂为主,占总量的90%以上,其中缓释制剂的用量,占总量的80%以上。盐酸羟考酮缓释片与芬太尼透皮贴剂的DDDs排在前2位。结论:自我院成立癌痛规范化治疗示范病房以来,麻醉性镇痛药品的用量逐年增多,硫酸吗啡缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂和盐酸羟考酮缓释片已经成为我院肿瘤内科治疗癌痛的首选,哌替啶注射液已基本不用,用药更加合理。Objective ：To investigate and analyze the application situation of narcotic analgesics in good pain management ward of our hospital. Methods ：The consumption amount and DDDs of narcotic analgesics in the good pain management ward during 2012- 2015 collected from the information system（HIS） of this hospital were analyzed, and converted into the equivalent doses of oral morphine. Results ：The total amount of narcotic analgesics in the department of internal medicine of the cancer in this hospital increased year by year from the614 491. 25 mg in 2012 to the 1 389 873.81 mg in 2015,which were mainly oral formulations accounting for more than 90% of the total,including sustained release formulations accounting for more than 80%. Oxycodone sustained-release tablets and fentany transdermal patch ranked the top 2 in DDDs. Conclusion ：Since the establishment of good pain management ward in this hospital,the amount of narcotic analgesic drugs increased year by year, while morphine sulfate sustained release tablets, fentanyl transdermal patches and oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets have become the first choice in the treatment of cancer pain, and little pethidine injection is used, indicating more reasonable use of narcotic analgesic drugs.
