抗癌消腹水方治疗原发性肝癌腹水疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗癌消腹水方治疗原发性肝癌腹水的临床疗效。方法:将62例原发性肝癌腹水患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用抗癌消腹水方,共治疗1个月。结果:治疗组在腹水缓解率、生活质量KPS评分等方面均优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:抗癌消腹水方能较好的治疗原发性肝癌患者腹水,明显改善并提高生活质量。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Kangai Xiaofushui formula on ascites of primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods： 62 patients with ascites of primary hepatic carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medi- cine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Kangai Xiaofushui formula on above basis, a month as a course of treatment. After the end of treatment, the effects were evaluated. Results ： In the remission rate of asci- tes, KPS scale of life quality etc. , the treatment group was better than control group. Compared between two groups, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Kangai Xiaofushui formula has the definite effect on ascites of primary hepatic carcinoma, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
