瓢鸡种质特性研究

摘　　要：研究选取100只0日龄瓢鸡饲养至16周龄,对其种质特性进行测定分析。结果表明:瓢鸡具有独特的外形外貌特征,16周龄公鸡体重为2 300.64 g,母鸡体重为1 815.75 g;公鸡的胸宽和龙骨长显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),公鸡的体斜长、胫长和胸深极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01);公、母鸡屠宰率分别为90.24%和91.41%,全净膛率分别为69.52%和69.22%,母鸡除胸肌率显著高于公鸡(P<0.05),其他各项屠宰性能指标均低于公鸡;公鸡的心脏、肺脏和肠重均极显著地高于母鸡(P<0.01),母鸡具有较高的肝脏、肾脏和肌胃器官指数;瓢鸡体尺性状和屠宰性能之间存在显著和极显著相关。研究结果可为瓢鸡的选育和合理开发利用提供理论依据。In this study, 100 Piao chickens were used to investigate the germplasm characteristic. The results showed that：Piao chicken has its own unique physical characteristics. The weights of cock and hen were 2300.64g and 1815.75g, respectively, at the age of 16 weeks. The chest width and keel length in cocks were significantly higher than those in the of hens （P〈0.05）. The body length, tibia length and chest depth in cocks were extremely higher than those in the hens （P〈0.01）.The dressing percentage were 90.24% and 91.41% respectively for cocks and hens, while eviscerated weight percentage were 69.52% and 69.22%, in addition to the breast muscle rate of hens was significantly higher than that of cocks （P〈0.05）. The otherslaughter performance indicators in hens were lower than those in the cocks. The weight of heart, lungs and intestines in cocks was extremely higher than that in the hens （P〈0.01）, and the hens had higher organ index of liver, kidney and gizzard compared with cocks. There was significant correlation between body size traits and carcass performance in piao chickens. The result of this study can provide a theoretical basis for breeding in Piao chicken.
