江苏省鲜食糯玉米产量性状育种分析

摘　　要：研究了2009～2015年江苏省糯玉米区域试验参试组合的产量性状与产量的关系,相关分析结果表明：株高、穗长、穗粗和行粒数与产量呈极显著正相关关系,秃尖长与产量呈极显著负相关关系,穗位高与产量呈显著正相关关系。通径分析结果表明：秃尖长、行粒数和穗行数与产量的回归系数均达到极显著水平,穗粗和千粒鲜重与产量的回归系数达到显著水平;直接通径系数由大到小依次为秃尖长〉行粒数〉穗行数〉千粒鲜重〉穗粗〉鲜出籽率〉株高〉穗长〉穗位高。由此可知,在选育高产糯玉米新品种时要特别注意对秃尖长的负选择,对行粒数和穗行数的正选择。The relationships between the yield traits and yield of fresh- eating waxy corn combinations in Jiangsu province during 2009 ~ 2015 were analyzed. The results of correlation analysis showed that yield was significantly positively correlated to plant height,ear length,ear width,ear height and number of grains per ear row,and it was significantly negatively correlated to bald length. The results of path analysis indicated that the regression coefficients between yield and bald length,number of grains per ear row,number of rows per ear all reached a very significant level,and those between yield and ear width,1000- kernel fresh weight all reached a significant level; the direct path coefficients between yield and various yield traits revealed the following order： bald length 〉 number of grains per ear row 〉 number of rows per ear 〉 1000-kernel fresh weight 〉 ear width 〉 fresh kernel production rate 〉 plant height 〉 ear length 〉 ear height. Therefore,in the breeding of new high-yielding waxy corn varieties,we should pay special attentions to the negative selection of bald length and the positive selection of number of grains per ear row and number of rows per ear.
