含腐植酸水溶肥料对烤烟生长特性和产质量的影响

摘　　要：为探明含腐植酸水溶肥料在烤烟上的应用效果,通过田间试验研究了喷施含腐植酸水溶肥料对烤烟生长、光合作用和产质量的影响。结果表明:喷施含腐植酸水溶肥料显著提高了烤烟株高、茎围、节距、叶数、最大叶的长度、宽度、根、茎、叶、花的干重以及叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr),但对叶片相对叶绿素含量、PSII有效光化学量子产量(ΦP SII)和电子传递速率(ETR)的影响不显著。与对照相比,喷施含腐植酸水溶肥料显著提高了烤烟的产量、产值,但对均价、上等烟比例、上中等烟比例、常规化学成分和感官评吸质量影响不显著。含腐植酸水溶肥料对烤烟产值的提升作用主要是通过对烤烟产量的促进作用进行的。喷施3次含腐植酸水溶肥料对烤烟生长、光合作用、产量和产值的促进效果最好。In order to ascertain the effect of the application of water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acid（ WSFCHA） on flue-cured tobacco,the author studied the effects of spraying WSFCHA on the growth,photosynthesis,yield and quality of fluecured tobacco through a field experiment. The results showed that spraying WSFCHA significantly increased the plant height,stem girth,internode length,leaf number,the length and width of maximum leaf,the dry weight of root,stem,leaf and flower,and the leaf net photosynthetic rate（ Pn）,stomatal conductance（ Gs） and transpiration rate（ Tr） of flue-cured tobacco,but it had no significant effects on the relative chlorophyll content,effective quantum yield of PSII photochemistry（ ΦP SII）,and electron transport rate（ ETR） of flue-cured tobacco leaves. Meanwhile,in comparison with the control,spraying WSFCHA significantly increased the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco,but it had no significant effects on the average price,proportion of superior leaves,proportion of superior and medium leaves,conventional chemical compositions and sensory smoking quality of fluecured tobacco. Thus,the promotion effect of WSFCHA on the output value of flue-cured tobacco was exerted mainly through the improvement of the yield of flue-cured tobacco. In conclusion,spraying WSFCHA for 3 times had the best promotion effects on the growth,photosynthesis,yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco.
