德育教学影响因素的实证分析

摘　　要：高校德育教学效果是各方关注的焦点。运用统计方法,对抽样数据进行分析,发现德育教学满意度比较低,教学模式间的差异对教学效果影响不大,师生之间思想问题交流的方式、次数及学生对倾诉对象选择等因素与教学满意度间具有密切关系。因此,提高德育教学效果的关键是师生双方以构建良好的沟通交流关系为前提。The teaching effect of college moral education is the focus problem. By analyzing sample data, the paper discloses that the teaching satisfaction of moral education is relatively low. The difference of teaching mode is not significant. The way of communication between teachers and students, the number of times and the choice of talking object have a high degree of correlation with teaching satisfaction. Thus, the key to improve the teaching effect of moral education is to establish a good relationship between teachers and students.
