摘  要:随着国内矿山开采的发展,铲运机的应用越来越广泛,但是轮辋弹性锁圈伤人事故时有发生。本文主要针对"轮辋弹性锁圈伤人事故"进行原因分析和结构优化,并对该结构进行强度校核,经过优化的结构能满足强度要求,能有效地防止该类伤害事故的发生。With the development of mining technique at domestic, scraper has been widely used in mining operation, but the accidents caused by elastic lock ring often happened. In the article the reason of this problem was analyzed and the structure was optimized. The structure strength was checked, and it could meet the strength requirements, and could effectively prevent the happening of accidents.
