阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片对寻常型银屑病患者症状的改善及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片对寻常型银屑病患者症状的改善及安全性。方法选择2014年4月至2015年4月成都医学院第一附属医院收治的80例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组口服阿维A胶囊20mg，每日3次，根据患者的承受度以及病情状况调整药物用量，维持剂量控制在15-25mg／d；观察组口服阿维A胶囊10mg，每日2次，同时口服复方甘草酸苷片75mg，每日3次。6周后，比较两组患者的治疗效果，治疗前后的皮肤损伤面积、严重程度指数、肿瘤坏死因子a水平变化，以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组[95．0％（38／40）比62．5％（25／40）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组皮肤损伤面积和严重程度指数评分显著低于对照组[（4．8±1．5）分比（7．3±2．4）分]，肿瘤坏死因子d水平低于对照组[（8．6±1．2）ng／L比（13．6±2．9）ng／L]，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组患者治疗后总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著，对改善患者皮肤损伤面积及严重程度具有明显的效果，是一种安全、高效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of Avi A capsule with compound glycyrrhizin glucoside tablet on the improvement of the symptoms of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Total of 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from Apr. 2014 to Apr. 2015 were included in the study, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,40 case each. The control group was treated with Avi A capsules 20 mg,3 times/d,dosage adjusted according to the extent and condition of the patient,maintenance dose 15-25 mg/d;the observation group was treated with Avi A capsules 10 mg,2 times/d, plus oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets 75 mg/time,3 times/d. After six weeks,the therapeutic effect,area of skin lesion, severity index tumor necrosis factor-or （TNF-α）levels, and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group[95.0% （38/40） vs 62. 5% （25/40） ] ,with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, skirt lesion area and severity index score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group [ （4. 8 ± 1.5 ） point vs （7.3 ± 2.4） point ] ,TNF-ct was lower than the control group [ （ 8.6 ± 1.2 ） ng/L vs （ 13.6 ± 2.9 ） ng/L ], with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, adverse reactions of the two groups had no statistically significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Avi A capsule combined with compound glycyrrhizin glucoside tablet therapy for psoriasis vulgaris has significant curative effect, which can improve the patient＇s skin damage area and severity obviously,thus is a safe and effective treatment.
