红曲复方制剂治疗痰浊血瘀型原发性血脂异常的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨红曲复方制剂治疗痰浊血瘀型原发性血脂异常的临床疗效,为血脂异常的诊治提供依据。方法回顾性分析2013年12月至2015年12月于北京大学第一医院中医、中西医结合科就诊的140例痰浊血瘀型原发性血脂异常患者的病例资料,根据其血脂异常程度进行分层,统计分析服用中药1个月后中医证候积分及血脂水平变化。结果治疗后中医证候积分较前改善;总胆固醇(TC)边缘升高组以及升高组下降幅度分别为(11.59±12.26)%、(22.44±11.05)%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)边缘升高组以及升高组下降幅度分别为(18.78±15.26)%、(27.12±15.73)%;甘油三酯(TG)升高组下降幅度为(22.63±27.91)%;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低组治疗后较前上升。结论红曲复方制剂可改善中医证候,降低TC、LDL-C、TG,升高HDL-C。Objective To study the clinical effect of monascus purpureus compound preparation in treating phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type primary dyslipidemia, thus to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of dyslipidemia. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 140 patients with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type primary dyslipidemia from traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine department in Peking university first hospital during December 2013-December 2015. The changes of TCM syndrome score and lipid levels were analyzed after 1 month treatment. Results TCM syndrome score was improved after treatment. High-normal and high levels of total cholesterol （ TC ） were reduced by （ 11.59 ±12.26 ） % , （22.44 ±11.05 ）% , respectively. High-normal and high levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were reduced by （ 18.78 ±15.26 ） %, （27.12 ±15.73 ） %, respectively. The falling degrees of high level TC and LDL-C were greater than that of high-normal levels. High level triglyceride （TG） was reduced by （22.63 ±27.91 ）%. High density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） which was below normal before treatment increased after treatment. Conclusion Monascus purpureus compound preparation can improve TCM syndromes, decrease the content of TC, LDL-C and TG and increase HDL-C as well.
