摘  要:目的:贯彻落实国家深化医药卫生体制改革精神和重庆市护士规范化培训工作实施方案,培养高素质实用型护理人才。方法:我院作为重庆市护士规范化培训基地之一,以"巩固基础、强化技能、提高临床思维能力"为目标,通过建章建制,强化师资力量,严格过程管理等一系列措施,扎实开展护士规范化培训工作。结果:2015年7月第一批本科护士规范化培训结束,共有55人参加并通过重庆市卫生计生委组织的结业考试,合格率100%。年度测评中,2014年度规范化培训学员对规范化培训管理满意度为93.5%,2015年度为94.3%。护士规范化培训学员流失率为9.71%。结论:护士规范化培训管理工作需要明确培训目标,加强过程管理,强化师资队伍,继续完善保障机制,持续改进,不断提高护士规范化培训质量。Objective: To implement the national encouragement on deepening the reform of healthcare system and the standardized training program of nurses in Chongqing, and to cultivate highly qualified practical nurses. Methods: Being one of the nurses' standardization training base in Chongqing, we took measures like setting up goals, making rules, strengthening the teachers' strength and processing management to carry out the nurses standardized training solidly. Results: One year later, a total of 55 nurses took and passed the examination, test passing rate is 100%. The training nurses' satisfaction was 93.5% in 2014, and was up to 94.3% in 2015. The loss rate of training nurses was 9.71%. Conclusion: The management of nurse's standardized training still needs to clarify the training target, to strengthen the process of management, to enhance the teaching team, to improve the safeguard mechanism, and to improve the nurse's standardized training quality constantly.
