微管相关蛋白1轻链3在不同腮腺组织中的表达意义

摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺肿瘤组织中微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)的表达和意义。方法收集2010年2月至2014年12月间唐山市古冶区中医医院住院治疗的67例腮腺肿瘤患者,其中腮腺多形性腺瘤35例,癌在多形性腺瘤32例,另取18例腺瘤旁组织作为对照。组织标本采用SP法染色,观察LC3的表达情况。结果癌在多形性腺瘤中、腮腺多形性腺瘤和腺瘤旁组织中LC3的阳性率分别为56.3%(18/32)、85.7%(30/35)、100.0%(18/18)。癌在多形性腺瘤组织中LC3的阳性率均低于后两者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而腮腺多形性腺瘤与腺瘤旁组织比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。癌在多形性腺瘤组织中LC3的表达与肿瘤直径、TNM分期和年龄、性别无关,与淋巴结转移有关。结论癌在多形性腺瘤中LC3的表达下调,提示自噬活性的下降可能与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后有关。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of microtubules-associated protein 1 light chain 3（ LC3） in parotid tumor tissues. Methods The expression of LC3 were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining in specimens of 35 cases of parotid pleomorphic adenoma,32 cases of carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma. The positive expressions of LC3 were observed and 18 cases of adenoma tissues were been as the control. Results The positive expression of LC3 in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma,pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland,adenoma tissues was 56. 3%（ 18 /32） 、85. 7%（ 30 /35） 、100. 0%（ 18 /18）,respectively. The expression of LC3 in adenoma tissues,pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland were significantly higher than that in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma（ P〈0. 05）; The expression of LC3 in adenoma tissues and pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of LC3 in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma were associated with the lymph node metastasis,were not associated with the patient＇s gender and age,the size of tumor,TNM staging. Conclusion There are different expression with LC3 in benign,malignant parotid tumor tissue and The down-regulation of LC3 expression in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma are closely related to occurrence,development of parotid gland tumor.
