摘  要:目的探讨三维适形放疗联合化疗对Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的心肌损伤以和近期疗效的影响。方法选择2010年1月至2014年12月间秦皇岛市第二医院肿瘤科收治的118例Ⅳ期NSCLC,采用信封法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。观察组予以胸部三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗,对照组予以单纯化疗,治疗结束后观察两组患者的疗效、不良反应和心肌损伤情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的有效率增加明显,心肌蛋白(c Tn I)、B型氨基端利纳肽原(NT-pro BNP)增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左心射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早晚期血流E峰与A峰比值(E/A)无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对Ⅳ期NSCLC患者,予以胸部三维适形放疗联合化疗,可较好的提高疗效,放化疗联合对心肌损伤值得重视。Objective To investigate effects of myocardial injury and the short-term effects the treatment of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 118 patient who were treated department of our hospital of non-small cell lung cancer,envelope method randomly divided into observation group was thoracic three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy,the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. After treatment to observe the efficacy,toxicity and myocardial injury of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,effective rate of the observation group was obvious increased,difference was statistically significant cTnI、NT-pro BNP increase,( P〈0. 05),LVEF( %),E / A no obvious change,The difference was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer,thoracic three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy,can better improve the curative effect,combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy should pay more attention to myocardial injury.
