摘 要:伴随供应链竞争商业模式的盛行,延迟定制给定制产品供应链网络的协同运行带来了新挑战。针对由多个实施延迟定制的定制模块供应商以及定制产品制造商所构成的延迟定制装配型供应链网络,首先在分别构建定制模块供应商通用阶段与定制阶段生产成本模型、制造商订货成本模型与装配生产成本模型的基础上,给出了定制产品供应链网络总成本模型;并由此提出了延迟定制装配型供应链网络联合经济批量模型。其次,基于各模型参数的性质分析,求得无限期确定性需求下、基于广义启动成本和广义库存成本的延迟定制装配型供应链网络最佳运作周期;在随机性需求下,提出简捷迭代求解方法、求得无限期随机性需求下供应链网络最佳运作周期;同时提出公式求解方法、求得无限期随机性需求下供应链网络最佳运作周期高精度近似值。然后,求得供应链网络上各成员各自的最佳运作周期,并基于这些最佳运作周期的对比与分析,得出结论:在定制产品供应商链网络内,各成员必须基于网络最佳运作周期进行协同,以使网络拥有最佳运作周期、最低总成本。Under the business model of supply chain competition,delayed customization differentiation brings new challenges to the collaborative operation of customized product supply chain network.As to delayed customization products' assembly supply chain network(DCPASCN)consisting of multiple customized module's suppliers implementing postponement strategy and a customized product's manufacturer,first,the production cost models of suppliers at the common stage and at the customization stage,the ordering cost model and assembly cost model of manufacturer are constructed in turn,so the total cost model of DCPASCN are constructed successively.Joint economic lot sizing model of DCPASCN is alsopresented.Secondly,by analyzing the model's parameters,based on the generalized setup costs and generalized holding cost,the optimal operation cycle of DCPASCN under deterministic demand is obtained;at the same time,under stochastic demand,a simple iterative method is given to get the optimal operation cycle of DCPASCN.The formula method is also presented to obtain high precision approximation solution.Then,the respective optimal operation periods of each member in DCPASCN are solved,by comparing and analyzing these optimal operation cycles,the conclusion is drawn:in the delayed customization products supply chain network:all members must cooperate on optimal operation cycle to optimize the whole network.
