摘  要:目的:探讨薯蓣丸抗I型变态反应作用及其机制。方法:以卵白蛋白为变应原制备大鼠I型变态反应模型,制备抗卵白蛋白的抗血清(含IgE),采用大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)实验法观察测定各组动物蓝斑直径、蓝斑光密度(OD)及蓝斑抑制率;以抗卵白蛋白血清被动致敏的大鼠颅骨肥大细胞模型观察对肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响;通过Elisa法检测I型变态反应模型大鼠血清中IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE含量变化的影响。结果:薯蓣丸蜜丸可明显抑制大鼠同种PCA反应,降低Ⅰ型变态反应模型大鼠血清中IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE含量。结论:薯蓣丸蜜丸有抗I型变态反应的作用,其机制可能是通过促进IFN-γ分泌、降低IL-4及IgE含量、调节Th1/Th2细胞因子水平完成的。Objective: To study the effect and the mechanism of Shuyu Pills on anti type I allergic reaction. Method:Taking ovalbumin as allergen to prepare type I allergic reaction rat models and to prepare anti- ovalbumin antiserum containing IgE, we adopted passive cutaneous anaphylaxis ( PCA ) reaction experimental method to observe and detect the diameters, the optical density ( OD ) and the inhibition rate of the locus coeruleus in each group, applied pericranium mast cell in model rats sensitized by anti- ovalbumin serum to observe the effect on mast cell degranulation and used Elisa method to detect the effect on the changes of content of IL-4, IFN- γ and IgE in serum of type I allergic reaction model rats. Result:Shuyu Honey Pills could significantly inhibit homologous PCA reaction and decrease the content of IL-4 and IgE in serum oftype I allergic reaction model rats. Conclusion: Shuyu Honey Pills have the effect of anti type I allergic reaction. The possiblemechanism is that Shuyu Honey Pills could regulate Thl/Th2 cytokine level through improving the secretion of IFN-γ anddecreasing the content of IL-4 and IgE.
