手术室护士自主学习能力与核心能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：调查并分析手术室护士自主学习能力和核心能力现状,探讨手术室护士自主学习能力与核心能力之间的相关性,为护理管理者提供依据。方法应用便利抽样的方法,选取江苏省18所医院手术室护士508名（南京市231名和苏州市277名）为研究对象,采用护理人员自主学习能力评价量表和中国注册护士核心能力量表（ CIRN）进行问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷490份。490名手术室护士自主学习能力总分为（125.97±18.90）分；手术室护士核心能力总分为（161.79±31.66）分,自主学习能力和核心能力的影响因素为作为护理骨干参加培训、担任科室职责（带教老师、责任组长或专科护士）。自主学习能力与核心能力呈正相关（r=0.786,〈0.01）。结论手术室护士自主学习能力和核心能力处于中等水平,两者相互呈正性影响；护理管理者应根据影响因素,采取多种形式和方法,提高手术室护士自主学习能力和核心能力。Objective To investigate and analyze the current status of the self-learning ability and core competency of Operating Room nurses and to discuss the correlation between them in order to provide evidence for nursing managers. Methods A total of 508 operating room nurses （ 231 nurses from Nanjing, 277 nurses from Suzhou） from 18 hospitals in Jiangsu were selected as subjects according to convenience sampling. They were investigated with the rating scale of self-directed learning competence for nurses and competency inventory for registered nurse scale （ CIRN） . Results 490 effective questionnaires were withdrew. The total score of self-directed learning ability and core competency of 490 nurses were （125. 97 ± 18. 90） and （161. 79 ± 31. 66）. The influencing factors of self-directed learning ability and core competency were attending training as backbone in nursing, assuming responsibility （clinical teacher, leader for responsibility nurse specialism）. The self-directed learning ability was positively correlated with core competency （r=0. 786, 〈0. 01）. Conclusions The self-leaning ability and core competency of Operating Room nurses are in the moderate level and there is a positive correlation between them. Nursing managers should take appropriate and effective measures to improve self-directed learning ability and core competency of operating room nurses according to the influencing factors.
