摘 要:目的 探讨导师制在年轻护士长培养中的应用和效果.方法 将某三级甲等医院2013-2014年竞聘上岗、任期1年以内的年轻护士长作为研究对象(n=22),采用导师制培养方案,按要求配备导师,制定导师职责,监督执行并定期组织考评.结果 导师制实施1年以后,年轻护士长和护士长导师所在科室综合考评成绩和个人综合考评成绩和实施前相比,均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 导师制有利于加快年轻护士长角色转换与角色适应,提高年轻护士长的管理水平,实现年轻护士长和导师之间的互补相融.Objective To explore the application and effects of tutorial system in young nurse managers' training.Methods 22 young nurse managers in a first-class hospital who took office between 2013-2014 for less than 1 year were treated as study objects.We implemented tutorial system as training scheme,which included teaming with a mentor according to the requirement,setting mentor duties,supervising the implementation and organizing regular assessment.Results One year after the tutorial system implementation,the department comprehensive evaluation and personal comprehensive evaluation of young nurse managers and their mentors both increased in compared to those before the implementation (P 〈0.05).Conclusions Tutorial system is conducive to improve the young nurse managers' role transformation and role adaptation,improve their management level,which could achieve complementary compatibility between young nurse managers and their mentors.
