护理专业及非医疗专业大学生的死亡焦虑水平的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中国护理专业大学生及非医疗专业大学生的死亡焦虑水平及影响因素。方法利用阿拉伯死亡焦虑量表中文版(ASDA-C)与艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)对江西及上海两地共108名护理专业大学生及184名非医疗专业大学生的死亡焦虑水平与人格特质进行测量。结果死亡焦虑与专业及神经质评分有关(β=-0.346,P<0.001;β=0.349,P<0.001)。护理系学生ASDA-C总分及"害怕死人和坟墓"因子分明显低于非医疗专业大学生(42.11vs48.86,P<0.001;15.43vs20.50,P<0.001)。在所有大学生中,死亡焦虑与神经质评分有关。结论中国护理专业大学生的死亡焦虑水平较非医疗专业大学生低,且受人格特质的影响。Objective Death anxiety is the basic psychological characteristic,affecting people＇s emotions,motivations and behaviors. Nursing students will contact with patients in clinical. Their attitude toward death might affect the clinical work. This study mainly discusses the difference of death anxiety between nursing students and nonmedical students in China. Methods A total of 108 nursing students and 184 non-medical students from Shanghai and Jiangxi completed the Chinese version of the Arabic scale of death anxiety（ASDA-C）and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised Short Scale（EPQ-RSC）. Results Death anxiety was associated with major and the score of neuroticism scale（β=-0.346,P0.001;β=0.349,P0.001）. The score of ASDA-C and the ＂fear of dead and the grave＂ in nursing students were significantly lower than that non-medical students（42.11 vs 48.86,P0.001;15.43vs20.50,P0.001）. In all students,death anxiety was associated with the score of neuroticism scale. Conclusion The death anxiety level of nursing students was lower,and it was influenced by personality.
