左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的效果及对认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左乙拉西坦单药治疗癫痫的效果及其对认知功能的影响。方法按治疗方法的不同将80例患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组患儿服用单药左乙拉西坦治疗,对照组患儿服用丙戊酸钠治疗,两组患儿治疗时间均为24周。观察治疗前后患儿的发病频率及治疗后的不良反应,并进行韦氏智力量表测试。结果 1与对照组相比,研究组患儿的总体有效率明显升高(P<0.05);2认知能力的比较中,与治疗前相比,研究组患儿言语(VIQ)、操作(PIQ)及总智商(FIQ)、分类、领悟、背数项目在治疗后均有明显提高,而对照组中治疗后的各个项目均无明显变化;3与治疗后对照组相比,治疗后研究组患儿IQ、PIQ、FIQ、分类、领悟、背数项目有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦单药治疗癫痫的疗效确切,能够有效的降低癫痫的发作次数,改善患者认知功能。Objective Discussion on levetiracetam monotherapy in the treatment of epilepsy and its effect on cognitive function. Methods According to the different methods of treatment of 80 patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group,the study group of children taking levetiracetam monotherapy treatment,patients in the control group taking sodium valproate treatment,and treated for 24 weeks.Before and after treatment,Observed the frequency of incidence of adverse reactions after treatment of children,and Wechsler Intelligence Scale test. Results 1 Compared with the control group,the study group of children overall efficiency significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;2 Children among the study group,compared with the previous treatment,in addition to knowledge and mapping two,the remaining items were significantly improved after treatment,while the control group the items after treatment did not change significantly;3 Compared with the control group,the study group among children,in addition to knowledge and mapping two,the remaining items were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusions Levetiracetam efficacy of single-agent treatment of epilepsy was safe and good,can effectively reduce the number of episodes of epilepsy,significantly improved cognitive function in patients,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
