病毒性脑炎伴精神症状患者给予安全管理护理模式的效果

摘　　要：目的研究安全管理护理模式在病毒性脑炎（VE）伴精神症状患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月~2015年10月的120例VE伴有精神症状患病人作为研究对象,将其随机平均分成观察组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组给予安全管理护理模式;比较两组病人的不安全事件发生率、症状缓解时间、住院时间、服药依从性以及护理满意度等。结果观察组和对照组VE不安全事件的发生率分别为21.67%和38.33%,观察组的发生率明显的低于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组的症状缓解时间及住院时间都明显的短于对照组,服药的依从性明显的高于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组护患纠纷投诉率明显的少于对照组,满意度评分明显的高于对照组,护理质控评分和对安全事件的知晓度评分也明显的高于对照组,差异均具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论安全管理护理模式可以降低病毒性脑炎伴有精神症状患者不安全事件的发生率,加快病情恢复,大大提高了护理满意度。Objective To study the effect of security management nursing care model on viral encephalitis patients with psychotic symptoms. Methods From October 2013 to October 2015,120 patients with viral encephalitis along with psychotic symptoms were chosen as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly and averagely. The control group received routine nursing care mode,while the observe group received security management nursing care model. After nursing care comparing the incidence of unsafe events,remission time,hospital stay,medication adherence and satisfaction with nursing care of the two groups. Results The incidence of unsafe events of the observation group and the control group were 21.67% and 38.33% respectively,the incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）;Remission time and hospital stay for observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,medication adherence was significantly higher than control group,these differences were significant（P0.05）;Nursing disputes and complaints rate of satisfaction scores for observation group were significantly higher,nursing quality control scores and security incidents alerted score was also significantly higher than control group,the differences were significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Security management nursing care model can be more effective to reduce the incidence of unsafe events,accelerate disease recovery,and greatly improve nursing satisfaction.
