摘　　要：通过医院护理信息系统的研发,实现与临床信息系统(Clinical Information System,CIS)、实验室信息系统(Laboratory Information system,LIS)、放射信息管理系统(Radioiogy Information System,RIS)数据互通,构建界面集成和数据集成的医院护理信息系统一体化平台。将医嘱、危急值、高危风险评分、患者症状和体征等进行结构化编辑,借助电子计算机技术主动触发临床护理工作任务,实现对护理信息采集、传输、加工、保存、维护的网络化管理。通过将信息系统向病房扩展和延伸,实现了护士的床边信息化操作,优化了临床护理工作流程,且有助于规范护理行为、强化质量管理、规避护理风险,从而保障患者安全。医院护理信息系统的开发与应用,有效减少了安全隐患,降低了护士工作强度,提高了工作效率。To develop a hospital nursing information system in order to realize data exchange between the clinical information system（CIS）,the laboratory information system（LIS） and the radiology information system（RIS）. Doctor＇s advice,critical value,high risk score,patients＇ symptoms and signs were edited. The tasks of clinical nursing work were triggered actively using electronic computer technology to realize network management of information collection,transmission,processing,preservation and maintenance. The hospital nursing information system realized bedside operation,optimized clinical nursing work procedure,standardized nursing behaviors,strengthened quality management,prevented nursing risks and ensured patient safety. The development and application of the hospital nursing information system can reduce the security risks and nurses＇ workload,and improved the work efficiency.
