校企合作老年护理教育的实践

摘　　要：校企合作是高职护理专业人才培养的主要途径,本文从校企合作共建生产性实习实训基地建设的意义与成效、老年护理课程体系的构建与实施等方面介绍老年护理专业人才培养的主要经验,同时分析了校企合作老年护理教育实践的效果、意义、所面临的挑战和未来的发展举措,为老年护理专业人才的培养提供了参考依据。School-enterprise cooperation is a main way of personnel training in higher vocational nursing professional. This paper introduces the significance and outcomes in the building of practice training base cooperated by schools and enterprises,and the construction and implementation of geriatric nursing curriculum system. Meanwhile, it analyzes the effectiveness,significance,challenges and strategies of school-enterprise cooperation in geriatric nursing education.
