摘　　要：核苷酸是组成核酸的基本结构和功能单位,参与机体内一系列的生理调节过程,在促进水产动物生长、肠道发育及免疫机能等方面具有重要的生理作用,是一种半必需营养物质。文章主要就酵母核苷酸对水产动物生长、肠道发育、免疫功能和抗应激能力等方面的研究进展及其在水产饲料中的应用前景做一综述,为酵母核苷酸在生产中的应用提供参考。Nucleotide is the basic structural and functional unit of nucleic acids and plays an impor-tant role in a series of physiological process in aquatic animal, including growth promotion, develop-ment of intestinal tract and immune function. Nucleotides are considered as conditional or semi-essen-tial nutrients for fishes. Yeast extract is rich in nucleotides. This paper reviewed mainly the effects ofyeast nucleotides on the growth, development of intestinal tract, immune function and resistance tostress response in aquatic animal, which could provide reliable background information for further de-velopment and utilization of yeast nucleotide in feed.
