摘 要:试验旨在研究添加不同水平精料桑叶粉对育肥湖羊体尺和器官发育的影响。试验选用40只3月龄育肥湖羊,随机分成5组,每组8只。试验各组饲粮精料中桑叶粉添加水平分别为0(对照组,Con)、15%(T15)、30%(T30)、45%(T45)、60%(T60)。试验期为8周,预饲1周,8周后各组随机选取3只进行屠宰。结果显示:1添加桑叶粉对湖羊体高、十字部高、体斜长、体直长、胸围、腹围、胸深没有影响(P〉0.05)。与T60和Con相比,T15、T30、T45显著增加了腰脚宽(P〈0.05);管围、腰脚宽、尻长均随着桑叶粉添加水平呈现二次回归曲线变化(P〈0.05),即先增加后降低的变化趋势。2随着桑叶粉的添加量增加,肝脏重量呈现二次曲线回归的变化(P〈0.05),肝脏器官指数呈现二次曲线回归的变化趋势(P〈0.10),其中均在桑叶粉添加水平在15%时相应指标达到最大值。结果提示,湖羊精料中添加一定水平的桑叶粉能够提高育肥湖羊的体格发育和器官发育,其中桑叶粉在精料中的适宜添加比例为15%~45%,最佳比例为15%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of mulberry leafpowder of concentrate on body size and organ development of Hu sheep. Forty4 months old Hu sheepwere randomly assigned to one of five treatments with 8 sheep per groupsaccording to a completely ran-domized block design.In the experimental, Fivegroups were control group(CON)(basal diet), T15group(basal diet + 15% mulberry leaf powder based on concentrate), T30 group(basal diet + 30% mul-berry leaf powder based on concentrate), T45 group(basal diet + 45% mulberry leaf powder based onconcentrate), T60 group(basal diet + 60% mulberry leaf powder based on concentrate). The experi-ment lasted for 8 weeks.After 8 weeks 3 sheep per groups were randomly selected for slaughter. Re-sults showed that: 1 Adding mulberry leaf powderhave no effect onbody height, height at hip cross,body length, body straight length, bust, abdomi-nal circumference, and chest depth(P〈0.05).Compared with T60, and Con groups, all of theT15, T30, and T45 groups significantly in-creased the waist width(P〈0.05); and the can-non circumference, waist width, and rump length-wereshowed a quadratic regression curve changewith the levels of mulberry leaf powder(P〈0.05).2 With the increase levels of mulberry leaf powder, liver weight showed quadratic curve regression changes(P〈0.05), the liver organ index showed aquadratic curve regression changes(P〈0.10), which have reached the maximum when the levels of mul-berry leaf powder were 15%. These results indicated that a supplement ofmulberry leaf powder couldimprove physical growth and organ development of Hu sheep, and the suitable addition levels ofmulber-ry leaf powder in the concentrate were 15%~45%, but the best best additive proportion of mulberryleaf powder in the concentrate was 15%.
