套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损伴牙周病老年患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价套筒冠义齿用于修复牙列缺损伴牙周病老年患者的临床效果。方法:29例牙列缺损伴牙周病老年患者,进行完善的根管治疗与牙周基础治疗,行套筒冠义齿修复,观察修复前后牙齿动度值(PTV)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)改变,评价修复治疗效果。结果:患者在修复后6、12、24个月复查时牙齿松动度降低,与修复前相比有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);牙周探诊深度(PD)逐渐变小,牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)无明显的变化(P>0.05)。结论:套筒冠义齿用于修复牙列缺损伴牙周病老年患者临床效果肯定,能够明显改善患牙松动状况。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of telescopic denture treatment on in dentition defect combined with periodontal disease in elderly patients. Methods： 29 patients with dentition defect and periodontal disease in elderly patients were treated with telescopic denture after the root canal treatment and periodontal treatment. Before and after restoration,the tooth mobility value（PTV）, probing depth（PD）, gingival index（GI） and gingival sulcus bleeding index（SBI） were observed to evaluate the effect of treatment. Results： The tooth mobility decreased after 6, 12, 24 months compared with the previous repair, and the change of the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The level of PD was improved,and the change of GI、SBI showed no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The telescopic denture is effective for the repair of dentition defect with periodontal disease in elderly patients. It can also improve the condition of tooth mobility.
