摘　　要：目的:评价氧化锆瓷内冠-金沉积外冠套筒冠固位体义齿的临床修复效果。方法:选择16例对原义齿修复不满意,要求重新修复的KennedyⅠ、Ⅱ牙列缺损患者,设计氧化锆瓷内冠-金沉积外冠套筒冠固位体义齿修复,评价修复前和修复后6个月、12个月、24个月、36个月的修复效果及基牙松动度。结果:观察期内,16例患者对修复效果满意,基牙松动度较修复前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:氧化锆瓷内冠-金沉积套筒冠义齿材料生物相容性好,患者对修复效果满意,可在不接受或不具备种植义齿修复条件且经济状况良好的患者中应用。Objective： To assess the clinical restoration effect on telescopic crown retained dentures with zirconia ceramic inner crown- deposition of gold outer crown. Method： Chose 16 patients with the defect of Kennedy I and II dentition who were not satisfied with the primary dentures, and required to restore again.All patiets were designed restoration of telescopic crown retained dentures with zirconia ceramic inner crown- deposition of gold outer crown, then assessed the restoration effect and mobility degree of abutment teeth prior to restoration and 6, 12, 24 and 36 months after the restoration. Result： All 16 patients were satisfied with the restoration effect during observation period, and mobility degree of abutment teeth was improved significantly compared with that prior to the restoration（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Telescopic crown dentures with zirconia ceramic inner crown- deposition of gold outer crown were capable of good biocompatibility, patients were satisfied with the restoration effect, and this could be applied to patients who did not accept or did not possess restoration condition for implanting dentures and with good economic situation.
