摘　　要：基于口腔锥形束CT(Cone Beam Computed Tomography,CBCT)影像学检查的特殊优势,在疑难牙体牙髓病的精准诊断和治疗方面的作用越来越凸显。本文就CBCT在疑难牙体牙髓病精准诊治中的临床应用及研究进展做一综述。Based on the special advantages of Beam Computed Tomography CBCT（Cone） imaging examination of the oral cone beam, the role of the precise diagnosis and treatment of the difficult dental pulp disease is becoming more and more prominent. This paper makes a summary of the clinical application and research progress of CBCT in diagnosis and treatment of the patients with complicated dental pulp disease.
