摘　　要：新型职业农民培育是大力推进现代农业发展,加速构建新型经营主体,科学解答"谁来种地"问题的核心思路。为了深入剖析新型职业农民培育的机制与模式,总结提出可借鉴、可推广的培育经验,笔者通过在山西省的专题调研,对山西省农业劳动力结构、农业农村发展、土地流转等现状问题作出基本判断,对全省推进新型职业农民培育的经验做法作出总结,提出推进新型职业农民培育需与地区发展、现代农业、农民需求、职业认定相结合的思路。The cultivation of new professional farmers is the core idea to vigorously promote the development of modern agriculture, and speed up the new business entities and answer the question that who will do the farming properly. In order to thoroughly analyze the cultivation mechanism and models of the new professional farmers, and summarize and propose the cultivation experience and enlightenment that can be used for reference and promotion, this author makes a basic judgment on the situation questions through the special research in Shanxi province, including the structure of agricultural labor force, agricultural and rural development, land transfer and so on in Shanxi province. The author makes a summary on the experience and practice for promoting the cultivation of new professional farmers in the province, and also proposes the idea that promoting the cultivation of new professional farmers needs to combine with the regional development, modern agriculture, farmers demand and the occupation identification.
