摘 要:目的探讨在消化内科实习教学中应用"一对一"带教结合以问题为基础学习教学方法的效果。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月我院消化内科实习的五年制医学系学生48例,随机分为对照组(传统带教方法)与实验组("一对一"带教+PBL教学法),观察两组教学效果。结果实验组较对照组的综合测评分数高(P〈0.05);且实验组在提高分析解决能力、提高学习主动性、提高自学能力、提高沟通能力等方面均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论在消化内科实习教学中应用"一对一"带教结合以问题为基础学习教学方法的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of applying "one to one" teaching and learning and teaching methods in the practice teaching of digestive medicine. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 48 medical students of five-year education worked in our gastroenterology department were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode, the test group adopted the "one-to-one" teaching and PBL. The teaching effect for two groups was observed. Results The comprehensive evaluation score for test group was higher than that of control group(P〈0.05), the evaluation score of solving problems, learning initiatives, self-learning ability and communication skills for test group was higher than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The "one-to-one" teaching and PBL has an obvious effect in the student's practices of gastroenterology department.
