单侧肺循环短暂阻断术治疗局限性T_4期肺癌的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单侧肺循环短暂阻断术治疗局限性T4期肺癌的临床效果。方法 58例局限性T4期肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用单纯肺动脉阻断术治疗,观察组采用单侧肺循环短暂阻断术治疗。结果观察组肺动脉和肺静脉阻断时间分别为(35.26±4.23)min、(31.25±3.24)min,对照组分别为(68.69±4.58)min、(64.28±4.11)min。对照组和观察组并发症发生率分别为13.8%和3.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单侧肺循环短暂阻断术治疗局限性T4期肺癌效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of lung cancer with limited T4 stage by single side pulmonary circulation. Methods 58 cases of lung cancer with T4 stage were randomly divided into control group and observation group, cases were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with simple pulmonary artery occlusion, and the observation group was treated with unilateral pulmonary circulation. Results The pulmonary artery and pulmonary vein occlusion time in the observation group were（35.26±4.23） min,（31.25±3.24） min, and the control group were（68.69±4.58） min,（64.28±4.11） min. The incidence of complications in the control group and the observation group were 13.8% and 3.4%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of unilateral pulmonary circulation short block in the treatment of localized T4 lung cancer is significant.
