从“方证相对”和“药证相对”角度论仲景学术思想

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中所确立的辨证论治基本原则至今仍是指导中医临床的最重要的原则。然而,张仲景的学术思想是建立在对秦汉以前中医学理论和实践基础之上的继承和发展之上的。因此,单纯从辨证论治的角度,是不能全面的理解仲景的学术思想,还必须从"方证相对"和"药症相对"这两个方面理解。"方证相对"和"药证相对"不仅是理解张仲景学术思想的重要切入点,同时也是临床上执简驭繁、抓主证治疗疾病的重要指导思想。在运用时先识其"方证"、"药证",强调抓主证,"有是证(症)便用是方(药)"。每一个"方证"、"药证"都有其特异性的主症,可以是一个症状,也可为若干症状,强调主症运用指征。只要掌握抓主证这一重要原则,就可以在临床上随时变通,选方用药,不惑于心。The basic principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment established in ＂Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂ is still the most important principle in guiding the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. However, Zhang Zhongjing＇s academic thought is based on the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory and practice before Qin and Han Dynasties. Therefore, purely from the syndrome differentiation and treatment of angle is not comprehensive understanding of Zhang Zhongjing＇s academic thought, must also be understood from the prescription and relative ＂and＂ drug disease relative ＂these two aspects. ＂Formula syndrome relative＂ and ＂drug card relative＂ is not only understand the key point of Zhang Zhongjing＇s academic thought, but also clinical hold Jane theto complex, grasping the important guiding ideology for the treatment of diseases of the main card. In the use of the first general ＂prescription＂ and ＂medicine＂, emphasizing the main card, ＂there is evidence（disease） with side（drug）＂. Each a ＂prescription＂, ＂medicine＂ has its specificity for the main symptoms, can be a symptom, for some of the symptoms, emphasizing the main symptoms using indications.
