摘 要:介绍一种用于超声悬浮传输的双路信号输出超声电源。电源使用双路输出的直接数字合成芯片作为超声信号的发生器件,该信号经过放大整形后输入半桥功率放大电路,最终输出功率信号来驱动超声换能器。电源可输出频率、幅值、相位独立可调的双路超声功率信号,其中,幅值的调整通过改变半桥电路的供电电压实现,频率和相位的调整通过改变直接数字频率合成芯片的设置参数实现。在半桥功率放大电路中,使用死区时间可设定的专用栅极驱动芯片对上下桥臂的场效应管进行控制,有效地防止上下桥臂直通现象的发生,提高电源的稳定性。This paper introduces a kind of ultrasonic power supply with dual signal output for ultrasonic levitation transportation. The power uses a 2-channel direct digital synthesis chip as the generating device of the ultrasonic signal, which is amplified, shaped and inputted with the half-bridge power amplification circuit. Finally, the power amplification circuit will output the power signal to drive the ultrasonic transducer. The frequency, amplitude and phase of the dual ultrasonic power signal can be independently adjusted. The adjustment of the amplitude is realized by changing the power supply voltage of the half- bridge circuit, and the adjustment of frequency and phase are realized by changing the parameters of the direct digital synthesis chip. In half-bridge power amplification circuit, the gate drive chip of which dead time can be set is used to control the field effect tube from the up and down bridge arm. This will prevent the shoot-through phenomenon of the bridge arm and improve the stability of the power supply.
