摘 要:随着经济改革的深入,我们国家的经济水平逐渐上涨,与此同时医疗单位的人事部门在人才招聘方面也开始加大力度改革。我国医院等医疗事业单位在招聘人员时,普遍采用公开选聘的手段。为了能够更大程度的提高改革成效,在人才招聘策略方面需要进行一定的调整。本文通过对医疗单位人才招聘制度的了解和研究,探讨在改革背景下的人才招聘策略,为一些人才招聘制度的改革提供方法。With the deepening of economic reform,our country's economic level is rising,at the same time the personnel department of medical units in the recruitment of personnel also began to increase efforts to reform. Our hospital and other medical institutions in the recruitment of staff,public hiring commonly used means. In order to be able to a greater degree of improvement in the effectiveness of the reform,in terms of personnel recruitment strategy needs to be a certain adjustment. This article through the medical unit personnel recruitment system to understand and research,to explore the background of the reform of the talent recruitment strategy,to provide a way for the reform of some personnel recruitment system.
