摘　　要：美国凭借少量农业人口却创造出无与伦比的农业经济收入,这与其长期推行职业农民教育培训体系建设有着直接的关系。美国政府在健全农业法律的基础上,通过完善教育机构及技术推广机构、保障资金渠道、确立准入制度等措施为农民职业教育建立了完整的体系,同时这些先进的经验对我国农业职业培训也具有重要的参考价值。The United States of America sustains its agricuhure production and becomes the world＇s agricultural power with a small number of agricultural population, which is directly related to its establishment of professional farmer education and training sys- tem. Based on its sound agricultural laws, America has established a complete system for vocational education of farmers by improving the education institutions and technology promotion agencies, guaranteeing capital channels, establishing access system. At the same time, these advanced experiences of agricultural vocational training can also provide some valuable references for the development of farmers vocational education in our country.
