摘　　要：目的:探讨基于中医药治疗缺血性脑血管病动物实验研究和评价方法。方法:采用传统文献分析方法,对当前缺血性脑血管病动物实验进行分析、评价。结果:目前尚缺乏缺血性脑血管病中医证型动物模型制备的评价研究,动物模型与中医证型相关性研究资料较少,动物模型的制备与中医药治疗研究的关联性考虑不周。结论:中医药治疗缺血性脑血管病的动物实验应充分结合中医临床实际、动物解剖特点、实验研究目的、药物作用特点、疾病所处阶段来选择动物模型和评价指标,要建立基于中医药治疗缺血性脑卒中动物实验的研究与评价方法。Objective： To investigate the idea of cerebral ischemia animal model for the traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）. Methods： In this paper,using the methods of literature analysis,analyze and evaluate the cerebral ischemia animal model to discover problems of the current animal experiments research with TCM treatment,then put forward the idea of animal model for TCM treatment of stroke. Result： we lack a correct estimate of study of cerebral ischemia animal model for TCM syndromes,animal model of correlation between TCM research data is less,lack to consider in relevance to animal experiment between treatment TCM research. Conclusion： TCM treatment of ischemic stroke in animal studies should be paid more attention to the preparation of experimental animal models,and should be fully combined with clinical practice of TCM,animal anatomy characteristics,experimental purposes,to choose animal models and select evaluation index based on the characteristics of drug action.
